cranberry_pork_roast Cranberry Pork Roast - While bright, crimson, cranberries, are usually associated with turkey, we are positive you are going to enjoy them just as much with this pork recipe, or more! Two ordinary ingredients, that come together for an extaordinary taste in your crockpot. A very simple fruit recipe that is just so good!

Ingredients to make Cranberry Pork Roast

1 3 pound pork loin roast
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cranberries, chopped OR ground
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions to make Cranberry Pork Roast

Step 1:Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
